Everyone at our practice is committed to providing you with the very best in pet healthcare. Our veterinary team bring a wealth of experience to the practice and have individually obtained high standards of professional qualification.

We strongly believe in the importance of Continuing Professional Development for our vets and veterinary nurses to keep us up to date with the the most modern advances in veterinary medicine.

The Vets

Anthony Sweeney MVB

Anthony is the principal of the practice . He has worked at Inishfree since graduation from UCD in 1989.  He has a broad range of experience in both small animal and farm animal practice. Anthony has one pet - Portia an eight year old  cat  who loves hunting and sleeping .  

Louise McAleenan MVB

Louise graduated from UCD Veterinary College in 2010.Since graduating she has worked in both mixed practice and small animal practice. Louise has two dogs - Billy a Collie and Rogue a Terrier. 

Sinead O'Riordan MVB

Sinead is a newly graduated vet who studied at UCD. She has a keen interest in small animal medicine and surgery. Sinead has two dogs at home in Cork, and a cat called Riley living with her in Sligo.
